Definition of terms
Hereafter, NEPTUNESSAYS will be referenced as “We”, “Our”, and “Company”.
“Client(s)” or “Customer(s)” refers to individuals who seek customized writing services from our company within the confines of our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) as well as the obligations and responsibilities accompanying them.
“Service” or “Writing services” refers to written assignments as per the client’s instructions in the order form which encompass academic tasks of different levels of complexity. The clients commit to paying for service while the company’s representatives commit to work on the order and deliver within the predetermined deadlines and instructions.
The delivery of service or “order” begins when the clients fill the order form and release the payment for it. The client will be required to provide all instructions and/or relevant attachments. The Order Form contains all the relevant fields where clients can provide the information we will need to start working on the order. We also provide guidance to clients who may experience problems placing their orders via phone or live chat.
