However, we will ensure that we meet all your instructions if you furnish our writers with all the relevant information, they need to complete their work.
This Refund Policy covers a range of scenarios where we are obliged to comply:
- 100% refund when you are charged twice for the same work.
- 100% refund when no suitable specialized writer (though it is rare) is found for the client’s assignment
- 100% refund when assignments exceed the due date (as long as they align with our REVISION POLICY). NB: No refund will be issued if the delay is due to the client’s failure to provide critical information. However, if the delay was an oversight on our part, we guarantee a 100% refund
- 50% refund when no suitable candidate for revision is found.
- 15% refund when we fail to deliver the revision in time.
- Quality-related refund requests will be investigated by management and refund amount determined
- Plagiarism-related refund requests will require the client to provide proof of un-originality
- ALL refund request must be made no later than 10 days after the expiry of the order’s deadline indicated in the order form
- NO refund with open disputes will be processed until they are amicably resolved
